When you register, BUYME stores your name, email, mobile number, account type, policy acceptance and verification status. WordPress manages password hashes and authentication. Representatives also provide an authorization declaration. Agent applications include agency, emirate, broker registration details, supporting documents, review decisions and credential expiry.<\/p>\n
Marketplace records include buyer requirements, property proposals, review decisions and contact permissions. Operational records include relevant account and administrator actions, timestamps and notification failures. The hosting service may keep normal web access and security logs.<\/p>\n
BUYME uses this information to create and protect accounts, verify communication channels, review agents, manage property requirements and proposals, apply expiry rules, enforce contact permissions, investigate misuse and provide account assistance. Verification and service messages are separate from optional marketing emails.<\/p>\n
Approved agents can browse sanitized active requirements. Buyer names, emails and mobile numbers are not part of those listings. Agents can see only their own proposals; buyers can review proposals for their own requirements. Approved agent names and agencies appear in the professional directory.<\/p>\n
Buyer contact details become available to a named agent only after the buyer explicitly confirms sharing for the relevant requirement. Permission is checked again when contacts are retrieved. Revoking a permission prevents future platform access but cannot remove information already received. A change to the buyer\u2019s contact values invalidates the prior contact grant.<\/p>\n
Authorized administrators can review records and verification evidence to operate the service. Supporting agent documents are stored outside the public website directory and are available through authenticated administrator downloads. They are not published in the WordPress Media Library or professional directory.<\/p>\n
The website\u2019s configured mail service processes account verification and service emails. If Twilio SMS is configured, a requested mobile verification sends your phone number and verification message to Twilio. Messaging is available only when the necessary service is connected. WhatsApp is not connected in this release. Property image and listing links are opened only when you choose them; the linked website then applies its own privacy practices. Hosting, mail or messaging services may process data in their service locations.<\/p>\n
BUYME uses WordPress authentication and security cookies. A short-lived, HttpOnly cookie can preserve non-password form entries and errors after an unsuccessful registration. This temporary form state expires after 15 minutes. Passwords and uploaded files are not saved in that form state. Session cookies and request protections are necessary for authenticated features.<\/p>\n
You can save or close your requirements and grant or revoke contact access from your dashboard. Optional marketing email permission can be withdrawn there. Use Account help in the dashboard to request help with account information, corrections, access or deletion. Administrators review these requests; retention needs and existing transaction or security records may affect what can be removed. There is no automatic deletion schedule in this release.<\/p>\n
Requirements becoming inactive does not itself delete account records, proposals or existing contact grants. Deactivating the WordPress plugin also preserves marketplace records. Operational records and backups require administrator-managed retention.
