BUYME connects people seeking residential property in the UAE with real estate agents who propose suitable properties. Buyers tell us what they need, review proposals and decide which agents may access their contact details. BUYME does not complete property transactions or act as your real estate representative merely because you create an account.<\/p>\n
Provide your own accurate name, email and mobile number, protect your password, and keep your information current. Verify both your email and mobile before publishing a requirement. Account registration and draft requirements do not imply successful verification.<\/p>\n
If acting as a representative, you confirm that you are authorized to manage the property search. Use your own contact information. Do not submit the underlying buyer\u2019s private contact details. Only your verified contact information may be shared through this account.<\/p>\n
Buyer registration and requirement posting are free. The initial service supports UAE residential purchases. Describe your preferred areas, property type, budget and timeline honestly. Do not put phone numbers, email addresses or contact links into requirement text. Requirements remain active for 30 days unless closed or moderated; renew or close them from your dashboard.<\/p>\n
Agents must verify communication channels and submit their agency, professional registration and supporting document for manual review. Marketplace access requires current approval and unexpired credentials. Review can be pending, approved, rejected, suspended or revoked. Verification records credential checks; it does not guarantee a property\u2019s quality, availability, legality or suitability.<\/p>\n
Submit property information you are authorized to share, with accurate prices, locations and images. Respect a buyer\u2019s stated criteria and decisions. The initial release does not charge an agent subscription or proposal fee. Any future paid service must be presented separately before purchase.<\/p>\n
Submitting or shortlisting a proposal does not disclose buyer contacts. A buyer must separately confirm the named agent and the exact contact fields. Access is specific to that agent and requirement; it does not automatically extend to an agency\u2019s colleagues. A buyer can revoke future access from the dashboard. Revocation cannot erase information an agent has already received. Agents must use approved contact information only for the relevant property search and respect requests to stop contact.<\/p>\n
Do not impersonate others, upload false credentials, publish misleading property information, harass users, scrape private information or try to bypass verification and contact permissions. BUYME administrators may review content and restrict accounts or records to address misuse and credential expiry.<\/p>\n
Independently check property details, professional authorizations and transaction documents before making a decision or payment. A proposal, verification badge or contact approval is not a property purchase agreement. Property negotiations and transactions take place separately between the relevant parties.<\/p>\n
The Privacy Policy explains account data and contact controls. Marketing email permission is optional and separate from these Terms. Changes to the policies are versioned; account acceptance records identify the version accepted.
